You need to take out the outer leaf from this vegetable, wash it well, leave it to dry, and remove the hard stem. Over the leaf roll a rolling pin to release its juice. You need to wrap it in a foil, put it in the oven for several minutes to warm it up, and then apply it on the affected area. You need to secure it with a bandage or gauze. Remove it after an hour. Do this procedure 2-3times daily.
Keep the leaves in the refrigerator, and apply them cold on the painful areas if you prefer cold compresses.
